You can book stand-alone flights through the multi-destination section on utc.travel.
On the homepage under 'Multi-destination', simply select your travel dates and hit search. On the next page add your departing destination and arriving destination, then 'disable accommodation' by sliding the green accommodation switch on the left:
This is now a flight-only booking. Easily add return flights or additional flights from here and continue through to payment to confirm your booking.
