Travel credit can be used to cover up to 95% of the total cost of the booking. For example, if the total booking cost is £500, you can use travel credit to pay for a maximum of £475. Travel credit is non-transferable and must be redeemed before your membership term expires. Travel credit cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel credit will sometimes have an expiry date which will be clearly displayed in your travel dashboard.
Travel credit awarded to you as part of a promotion or campaign may have additional T&Cs including, but not limited to: minimum spend, specific product/service requirements and specific departure dates. Any promotional T&Cs will be clearly displayed on the promotional landing page and supporting email marketing.
