If you have a special request or require any additional assistance for your stay, you can add comments to the accommodation during the booking process. Under the 'Important information' section on the booking page, there is an open text box for you to add your comments or requests which is shared directly with the accommodation:
If you want to add comments or requests after you have already made a booking, you can do so through the booking voucher in your bookings tab:
